Today Pastor Howard-John Wesley, Senior Pastor of my church, Alfred Street Baptist, brought a mighty word on the 10 year Anniversary of September 11th.  Live Justly, Love Mercy, and Walk Humbly.

September 10th marks the first day of my week long birthday celebration! I started my day by being grateful.  Grateful that my feet are still on this side of the soil,  I have a body temperature above ambient, I can  feed and dress myself, I know my name, and I know my way home.  🙂  Regardless of what else happens…I know it’s going to be a great day!  Plus, I’m going to play golf and have my favorite barbeque.  Hope your Saturday is great also!

WhooHoo!!! It’s almost that time….my most FAVORITE time of the year!!! No….not Christmas….It’s my birthday, it’s my birthday!!!! Okay, technically it’s still 9 days away…but it’s NEVER too early to celebrate a good thing!  And September 16th, is a GREAT thing!!!!!! 🙂
